I believe everyone deserves to feel vibrant on a daily basis and to feel empowered to make choices that support that goal.

After overhauling my own fitness and nutritional habits, I knew there were still areas of my life that could be cleaned up to truly support my body in a holistic way. I was moving regularly and eating clean, but still using products on my body and in my home that contained known toxins and ingredients I couldn't pronounce. When one of us got sick, I was still reaching for synthetic modern medicines to relieve symptoms. My desire to find more natural solutions led me to doTERRA essential oils.

After months of research and essential oil usage, my family has transitioned away from conventional and toxic products in favour of all-natural, health-supporting essential oils for everything from laundry soap to shampoo, body wash and cleaning products. Now, our first approach when faced with common ailments like colds, flus, headaches, growing pains, and emotional highs and lows is a natural one. We have successfully used doTERRA Essential Oils to help address digestive issues, eczema, tension headaches, anxiety, and insomnia. And it feels amazing to know there are natural choices available. 

As a doTERRA Wellness Advocate and Essential Oil Educator, I am passionate about sharing what I have experienced and teaching others that there are many natural solutions available to best support your body and live your most vibrant life.
