One of the key things I rediscovered during the Academy of Culinary Nutrition program, was a love of learning. I discovered topics and information that stretched my thinking, challenged what I already knew and believed, and empowered me to make healthier changes at home and to teach you to do the same.

Through a mix of online and in-person learning and cooking workshops, my aim is to impart knowledge on topics that interest you so that you can apply that learning to lead a healthier and happier life and inspire others to do the same.

In these workshops, we cover topics like balancing energy through nutrition, making better breakfast choices, understanding superfoods, eating to improve your mood, how to make super smoothies, navigating the grocery store, and much more.
