Bootcamp sessions run in 4-weekly timeframes, typically following the beginning and end of each calendar month. For our current and upcoming schedule, click here.
Each workout is 1 hour in length, begins with a warm-up, and finishes with cool down/stretching.
4-weekly registration is based on two or three classes per week. There is a bootcamp that's offered every day of the week Monday through Friday with a choice of two different time slots (6AM or 9AM). Thursday and Friday bootcamps are TRX-specific, super popular and have limited space. Classes may be used across multiple time slots if necessary and where space permits to fit your schedule.

the BALANCER (Flex Pass)**

**Balancer Flex Pass package workouts must be used during month of purchase. Clients are asked to contact the instructor by noon the day before the class they want to attend. Missed workouts will not be able to be carried forward and no credits or refunds will be issued.
DROP-IN Fee (space permitting) $25/workout
Please note that if you are interesting in joining a session that is already underway, waiting for the start of the next 4-week session is not necessary. I would be happy to work out a pro-rated plan so you can get started on a healthier lifestyle right away!
While I am confident that you will discover a new love of fitness at our bootcamp, all new clients are encouraged to try a COMPLIMENTARY class before registering for a full session to see if it's the right fit for you.
Every bootcamp session includes the following:
- Fitness test and before and after body measurements so you can accurately track progress
- Help with goal-setting and action-plan creation so you can set & achieve your goals
- Regular motivational emails to keep you committed to your workouts
- Food Journal assessment and nutritional advice to ensure eating habits support fitness efforts
- Unlimited access to your trainer for any and all fitness and nutrition questions

Ongoing email support outside of Bootcamp workout days includes:
MOTIVATION MONDAY - a thought, idea, suggestion designed to inspire you to live your best life and have your best week
WORKOUT WEDNESDAY - a video or document outlining a 20 minute workout you can complete at home to augment our in-person training
FOODIE FRIDAY - a recipe or food prep/nutrition tip to support you in eating well
